TLZ Series Floorless Discharging Station

Applications
   This system is suitable for unpacking, feeding, screening and discharging of small bag materials in pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries, especially for materials with poor fluidity.
   During unpacking, the dust collection fan prevents material dust from spreading.

System Structure
   Small bag unloading & feeding station: The system consists of manual unloading bin, anti-pressure feeding platform, discharge hopper, vibrating screen, filter system, dust collection system, blow-back air bag and vibrating motor.
   Small bag feeding station: The system consists of manual unloading bin, anti-pressure feeding platform, discharge hopper, safety screen, filter system, dust collection system and blow-back air bag.

Working Principle
   When small bag materials need to be opened and poured into the next process, simply unpack the bags manually and feed into the system. The material dust generated during feeding is collected by the dust collection fan. The materials pass through the vibrating screen (or safety screen) to block large chunks and foreign objects, ensuring that particles meeting the requirements are smoothly fed.
