ZKS Series Vacuum Feeding Machine

Overview:
This machine is a new product developed based on extensive absorption of similar foreign products. Currently, it is an advanced, ideal, and complete vacuum feeding equipment for mixing powders, granules, and powder-granule mixtures. The vacuum feeder can automatically transport various materials to the hoppers of packaging machines, tablet presses, capsule fillers, injection molding machines, crushers, etc. It can also directly transport mixed materials to mixers (such as V-type mixers, two-dimensional mixers, three-dimensional mixers, etc.), reducing manual labor intensity and solving problems such as dust leakage during feeding. It is the equipment for pharmaceutical and food factories to pass certification and promote clean and civilized production.
The vacuum feeder consists of a vacuum pump (oil-free and water-free), a stainless steel suction nozzle, a conveying hose with a cloth bag filter (or 316L stainless steel filter), a vibration cleaner (or compressed air reverse suction device), a vacuum hopper, and an automatic material level control device. The entire system is reasonably designed and exquisitely manufactured. The configuration of the vacuum feeder is slightly different when used for feeding packaging machines, tablet presses, or mixers. Users need to specify when ordering.

Principle and Features:
The ZKS series vacuum feeder consists of a mobile frame, a vacuum pump, a dust recovery barrel, a filter purifier, a suction hose, and an electrical control box. The components are centrally mounted on a mobile frame, offering an attractive appearance and easy mobility.
