YK Series Swing Granulator
Overview:
This machine is a special equipment for forcing moist powder mixtures through a screen mesh under the forward and reverse rotation of a rotating drum to form granules.
It is mainly suitable for manufacturing granules of various specifications in pharmaceutical, chemical, food and other industries. After drying, the granules are supplied for pressing various molded products. This machine can also be used for crushing agglomerated dry materials.
Principle and Features:
Driven by a motor, V-belt pulley, worm and worm gear, the seven-angle hob mounted on the gear shaft performs periodic reciprocating rotation under the action of an eccentric crankshaft and lifting rack. The material moves continuously and is extruded into granules through the screen mesh and rotor gap control. The production capacity varies with material moisture content, type, viscosity and mesh size, and can produce granules of various specifications.
When crushing dry materials, agglomerated materials are crushed by impact in the drum made of seven-angle hobs and pass through the screen mesh.
