SCH Series Double Paddle Trough Mixer
Overview
This machine is a stainless steel double-shaft trough mixer, suitable for mixing powdery or pasty materials in pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries, especially for high-viscosity and high-uniformity materials.
Principle and Features
Through mechanical transmission, the double S-shaped mixing paddles rotate, pushing materials to move back and forth. Due to the speed difference between the two S-shaped paddles (different rotational speeds), materials are mixed more uniformly. Electrical control allows setting of mixing time with automatic stop and electric tilting for discharge, improving mixing quality for each batch and achieving high-uniformity mixing.
