VI Forced Stirring Mixer

Overview
Our company has introduced, absorbed and digested foreign advanced technology to develop the VI forced mixing machine. This machine is suitable for material mixing in pharmaceutical, chemical, food and other industries. It can mix fine powders, agglomerated materials, two or more types of powders, and materials containing certain moisture. It can also achieve mixing effect for trace phases and additives (referring to配料混合 with very small addition amounts).

Principle and Features
This machine is simple to operate and provides uniform mixing. Fast-opening screw caps and rotary valves are used for feeding and discharging, making loading and unloading convenient. The drum adopts an asymmetric shape with an internal stirring device for optimal mixing effect. The drum is made of high-quality stainless steel with fine polished inner walls, no dead corners, easy to clean, and avoids cross-contamination. It has a wide range of applications. The machine is equipped with a timer to set mixing time according to requirements.
The mixing drum adopts a V-shaped asymmetric shape. A fast-opening screw cap is installed on the top of the drum for easy feeding. A butterfly valve is installed at the bottom of the drum for good sealing and convenient discharging. After adding materials from the top and tightening the fast-opening screw cap handle, set the mixing time on the timer. Press the start button, the mixing drum rotates along its axis for uniform mixing in the V-shaped drum. At the same time, start the stirring motor, which rotates in the opposite direction to the mixing drum. After the set time, the motor stops automatically. Press the jog button to position the discharge valve downward, then open the butterfly valve for discharging.
