WF Series Universal Pulverizer

Overview
The WF series universal pulverizer is suitable for pharmaceutical, chemical, food and other industries for crushing dry brittle materials. Materials with low softening point or high viscosity are not suitable for this machine.
All parts of this machine that come into contact with materials are made of stainless steel, offering good corrosion resistance. The frame is fully enclosed for easy cleaning. The inner walls are machined to achieve a smooth, flat surface, enabling pharmaceutical, food and chemical production to better meet national "" standards.

Principle and Features
This machine uses the relative motion between the movable toothed disc and the fixed toothed disc to crush materials through impact, friction and mutual impact between particles. The crushed materials automatically enter the collection bag under centrifugal force, while dust is recovered by the dust collection box through cloth bag filtration. The machine is designed according to standards, made entirely of stainless steel. During production, there is no dust flying, and it can improve material utilization while reducing costs. It has reached the domestic advanced level.
