WFJ-15-20 Micro Pulverizer
Overview
This machine consists of three parts: main machine, auxiliary equipment and electrical control box. It features air classification, no screen, no mesh, uniform particle size, and continuous production process. It is widely used for material crushing in pharmaceutical, chemical, food and other industries. This machine has reached the international advanced level.
Principle and Features
Materials enter the crushing chamber from the hopper via a screw conveyor and are sheared and crushed by high-speed rotating blades. Through negative pressure pneumatic conveying, materials are transported to the cyclone separator and bag filter for discharge. Dust is recovered by the dust collection box through cloth bag filtration. During production, there is no dust flying, and it can improve material utilization while reducing enterprise costs.
