Overview
This machine is designed based on the principle of mixed spray method. It is suitable for pharmaceutical, food, chemical and other industries, with a wide range of applications.
Principle and Features
This machine has a simple structure, easy disassembly and cleaning of the crushing chamber. All parts that come into contact with materials are made of stainless steel, acid-resistant and corrosion-resistant, ensuring the crushed materials meet hygienic requirements. The machine features smooth operation, easy mobility, low noise, good crushing effect, and low power consumption. It is a high-speed rotating machine, using a sharp-edged blade on one side and an impact blade on the other, so materials are crushed by high-speed blade shearing. Different blade shapes and sizes can be selected according to different materials. Particle size can be adjusted by changing the screen mesh or adjusting the speed.
